Mentored Doulas

Birth Matters Kamloops offers a mentored doula service for newer doulas to grow and deepen their experience and knowledge working with families by having an experienced doula alongside them. When you work with a mentored doula, expectant families obtain two doulas for the price of one with their desired class or doula service.

Package Details

  • An initial interview in-office or via Zoom with no obligation

  • 2 prenatal visits in our office - one with an experience doula present

  • Unlimited phone/email support

  • Access to an extensive lending library

  • Use of an Elle TENS machine

  • On call 24/7 support (or able to supply reliable back-up) from the point of hiring until the birth of your baby

  • 1-postpartum visit

  • Access to the all activities run through Birth Matters and Modern Nest
