Booking Information

Online registration for Doula Services and Birth Matters Prenatal and Newborn Classes in Kamloops takes a simple two-step process. Step 1: Fill out the registration form regarding your desired classes and dates. Once confirmed, proceed to Step 2 below to add class to your cart and pay online.

Payment Method

Payments can be made online via paypal, credit card, E-Transfer, or cash at our front desk. All fees include attendance for the expectant person and 1 support person.

Reservation and Refund Policy

  • Spots can only be held with registration fee, or full payment.

  • Registration fee is non-refundable.

  • No refunds of balance within 7 days of class start dates commencing or during current sessions. 15% Admin fee on all refunds.

  • Make-up date/time arranged ONLY if classes are rescheduled by a facilitator.
